CHAMPIGNON-TURKEY WITH SUKIYAKI SAUCE

CHAMPIGNON= A kind of mushroom. Agaricus is a large and important genus of mushrooms containing both edible and poisonous species, with possibly over 300 members worldwide. The genus includes the common (“button”) mushroom (Agaricus bisporus), and the Field mushroom (Agaricus campestris) the dominant cultivated mushrooms of the West.

YOU NEED…….

* 400 g Champignon
* 300 g Turkey Breast
* 1 Onion
* 1 Carrot
* Soya Sprout
* Chinese Cabbage
* Sitsaro or Chicharo
* for seasoning SUKIYAKI SAUCE
* Salt and Pepper
